They deal with the people and the property - making sure that the rent is paid, dealing with repairs, neighbour disputes, anti- social behaviour and providing support and help for tenants to help them manage their tenancy.</p>\n<p>As a Housing Officer Apprentice, you will undertake a professional qualification in Housing and Property management at Level 3 as a minimum.</p>\n<p>As you grow within the role your level of lone working, decision making and responsibility will develop.  </p>\n<p>Your manager will empower you to apply our principles - resilience, adaptability and participation - to your working practices.</p>\n<p>If this sounds like the role for you, we look forward to receiving your application form!</p>\n<p><strong>At Adur & Worthing, we are committed to supporting care leavers, in accordance with the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and the Children and Social Work Act 2017.
