Come and join our award winning Neighbourhood Parks Maintenance Service. In this role you will be part of the team who manage and maintain our parks and open spaces and the grounds and communal areas of our housing and sheltered housing schemes across Adur.
As the Team Leader you should have experience in managing a team and have strong organisational and supervision skills alongside 5 or more years of experience in grounds maintenance or related industry. You must be experienced, skilled and qualified to carry out all grounds maintenance work safely and to a professional standard, including mowing, strimming in general amenity areas and experience of general grounds maintenance tasks such as pruning of shrubs, trees, hedges, sweeping and litter collection.
