This is an exciting time to join us, as we have recently undergone a redesign of our services, and you will be integral in shaping and delivering our new approach.</p>\n<p>As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the full lifecycle of tenancies, adopting a person-centred and preventative approach. Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Adur Homes properties within a defined neighbourhood area.  </li>\n<li>All aspects of estate and tenancy management.  </li>\n<li>Rental income management, including supporting tenants with rent payments and managing arrears.  </li>\n<li>Ensuring tenancy compliance and taking appropriate action where necessary.</li>\n<li>Maintaining the quality and safety of our properties and neighbourhoods.</li>\n<li>Anti-social behaviour management.</li>\n<li>Lettings and supporting tenants through their tenancy.</li>\n<li>Participating in a duty rota and out-of-hours service.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and passionate about</p>\n<p>delivering excellent services to our residents. You will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent).  </li>\n<li>Understanding of housing legislation.
