The role will see the co-ordination of all highway drainage operations, working with the highway and operations teams, to identify drainage assets, resolve long standing issues, provide detailed reports to keep council members updated. In delivering these duties the Senior Drainage Inspector will work closely with contractors, flood risk team, utilities, other third parties such as developers and liaise with all highway users including the public, as well as council members.</p>\n<p><strong>About the candidate</strong></p>\n<p>We would like to hear from you if you have experience of highway drainage and dealing with contractors working in a highway environment.
