You will work with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities who also present with complex behavioural and general health needs.</p><p>You will be expected to work alongside partners and providers to deliver high-quality services and positive person-centred outcomes for individuals within the Royal Borough of Greenwich Integrated Health & Social Care Team, which provides specialist assessment, care management, and clinical intervention for people with Learning Disabilities who require services.</p><p>As Head of Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's day-to-day business, ensuring effective clinical performance, delivering solid and sustained service improvements, providing excellent Health and Social Care service to people with a learning disability, and meeting agreed-upon KPIs.</p><p>You will need to demonstrate excellent management and leadership to ensure effective delivery of service involving people with learning disabilities in all aspects of their care.</p><p>You will provide excellent leadership to the Multi-Disciplinary Team, leading by example.</p><p>You will have excellent communication skills and be transparent and in touch with your team. You will be someone who has demonstrably transformed a service and is seeking to make improvements that lead to a high-performance team.</p><p>We will strongly focus on CPD and support you in developing your skills. Head of Service - Community Learning Disability Team

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen in the Greenwich Integrated Community Learning Disabilities Service. We seek an experienced, autonomous, highly motivated leader who can influence practice and integrated working.
