You will work with vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities who also present with complex behavioural and general health needs.</p><p>You will be expected to work alongside partners and providers to deliver high-quality services and positive person-centred outcomes for individuals within the Royal Borough of Greenwich Integrated Health & Social Care Team, which provides specialist assessment, care management, and clinical intervention for people with Learning Disabilities who require services.</p><p>As Head of Service, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's day-to-day business, ensuring effective clinical performance, delivering solid and sustained service improvements, providing excellent Health and Social Care service to people with a learning disability, and meeting agreed-upon KPIs.</p><p>You will need to demonstrate excellent management and leadership to ensure effective delivery of service involving people with learning disabilities in all aspects of their care.</p><p>You will provide excellent leadership to the Multi-Disciplinary Team, leading by example.</p><p>You will have excellent communication skills and be transparent and in touch with your team. You will be someone who has demonstrably transformed a service and is seeking to make improvements that lead to a high-performance team.</p><p>We will strongly focus on CPD and support you in developing your skills.
