The scheme will match you with someone who they feel you could support, who may have similar interest’s likes and preferences to yourself.  Experience of providing care would be desired but it is not essential.   All applicants will undertake an assessment which will include character employer and GP references, a Disclosure and Barring Service Check and a health and safety check on your property.
