Site Manager

Permanent, 37 hours per week, full year contract.

Preferred split shift working pattern: Monday-Thursday 7.30-11.30am & 3.00-6.30pm, Friday 7.30-11.30am & 3.00-6.00pm. (Split shift pattern can be negotiated for a suitable candidate).

HBC4 (SCP007-011) £25,584-£27,269 per annum

Fairfield Primary School is a large and successful school.  Our Governors wish to appoint a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to be responsible for the building maintenance, cleanliness, security and maintenance of furnishings, fixtures, plant and equipment within the designated school sites.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator, enthusiastic, and motivated with the ability to work within a busy, diverse and fast paced environment as part of a dedicated team. 

The post will be a permanent position.
