The Advice and Consultancy Team is an integral function of the organisation we support, you will be working in a large, experienced and supportive HR team, where you will have opportunity to learn and bounce ideas, if needed.
You must have experience of offering HR advice to managers at all levels, as well as be able to articulate and influence leaders in the organisation on aspects of legal and commercial risks, including managing complex employee relations cases, TUPE, Redundancy and Restructures, providing options and recommendations. It is also desirable but not essential to have experience of GLPC job evaluation.
Working as a HR Consultant, you have the perfect blend of applying HR processes and best practice as well as providing solutions and making recommendations in an environment that can be complex. Therefore, you will be expected to have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a number of experienced HR professionals with good working knowledge on organisational/transformational change, case management and supporting with day-to-day-operational matters to become a part of our growing, talented team providing solid operational advice and support across our services.
As part of the Advice and Consultancy team, we are breaking new ground on business focused people solutions, supporting ambitious change programmes and working with a portfolio of varied and interesting clients.
This role will be a 6 month FTC with the potential to extend.
