The Role:
We are seeking two highly motivated, well-organized, and enthusiastic HR/Recruitment Administrators to join our central Human Resources team, travel across sites will be required. These positions play a key role in supporting the operational recruitment processes throughout the group. As vital members of the team, you will help manage the recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, GDPR, and group policies.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Recruitment: Ideally, previous experience working in recruitment within an educational environment, with a focus on both direct hires and agency staff. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Best Practices: Understanding of recruitment processes and compliance with safer recruitment standards.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages of recruitment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with candidates, staff, and agencies effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
- IT Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with recruitment management systems (iTrent) or databases is beneficial.
- Commitment to Confidentiality and GDPR: A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection in recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management: Adhere to established recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all stages, from job postings to the onboarding of new hires.
- Coordination of New Staff Onboarding: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding of new staff, ensuring all necessary documentation, checks, and induction processes are completed.
- Conducting Interviews: Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews and candidate assessments.
- Safer Recruitment Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to safer recruitment practices and relevant legislation, such as safeguarding and vetting procedures.
- Agency Management (For Agency Team Role): Collaborate with recruitment agencies, ensuring that agency staff meet the recruitment standards and are in compliance with group policies.
- GDPR and Policy Compliance: Ensure the protection and confidentiality of all candidate data in accordance with GDPR and internal policies.
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams, including preparing recruitment materials, maintaining recruitment databases, and generating reports.
