Brackenwood Infant School is seeking an experienced and dedicated KS1 SEND teacher to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled practitioner with a strong commitment to inclusive education and the ability to support the diverse educational and physical needs of children with EHCPs.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be an exceptional and experienced classroom practitioner, with a proven track record of teaching children with SEND needs.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive practices and be well-versed in the Wirral LA EHCP processes.
Be an inspirational and enthusiastic educator with the ability to successfully lead a foundation subject across the school.
Have an excellent understanding of the Early Years Framework and KS1 National Curriculum, with the ability to effectively adapt these to support children with a range of SEND needs.
Have experience in working closely and collaboratively with families, supporting them in navigating the SEND landscape.
Demonstrate a commitment to Kindness, Effort, and Resilience in all aspects of school life.
