Your New School - Castleway Primary School is an inclusive, vibrant school that is shining at the heart of our community. We genuinely feel that we do things differently here and we are looking for a likeminded teacher to join our successful school family. Castleway celebrated 60 years in September 2024 with ‘CastleFest’ and we’ve never been stronger. Our Nursery School was judged as good by OFSTED in September 2024 and our Primary School followed with a ‘good in all areas’ judgement in November 2024. Castleway Primary has doubled in size in recent years, showing that it really is a place that more and more families are choosing to join. We pride ouraselves on developing the whole child and living by our school motto of: ‘Be kind. Be confident. Be your best.’  We are Castleway and we are very proud of it.

Your New Role in our School - We are looking for an excellent, committed and motivated individual to join our established team. This is an ideal opportunity for an Early Career Teacher or someone with more experience under their belt looking to diversify their skill set. As long as you are passionate about doing the absolute best for our families, we’d love to hear from you!

Proposed observations of shortlisted candidates: Tuesday 6th May & Wednesday 7th May
Please note that an additional shortlisting will take place after observations, ahead of interviews.
Proposed interview date: Friday 9th May 2025
