Maternity Cover Teacher
Crosby High School, a 170 place school for pupils age 11-16, with moderate to complex learning difficulties is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced teacher to cover a maternity leave from 22nd April 2025.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be committed to working with children with SEND needs.
- Be dedicated to the welfare, safeguarding and achievements of every child.
- Be committed to working within a team promoting exciting and creative learning.
- Be able to inspire, challenge and motivate all students and lead by example
- Be creative, innovative and have a passion for school improvement
- Have a passion for developing children’s interests and children’s learning
- Have an understanding of dealing with challenging behaviour
- Have had involvement in recording, developing, analysing and tracking
pupil progress

Contract: Full time, Maternity Cover until the return of the post holder
Salary: MPS / UPS depending on experience plus 1 SEN point.
