At Crownfield Junior, we believe in working as a team for the children that we are responsible for and care for. We believe that our children are at the centre of all we do, encouraging and supporting them to be the best that they can be. We treat the children as individuals and understand that their needs are unique to them.

In lessons they listen to their teachers and to each other.' ‘Pupils with SEND are quickly identified and are very well supported to study the same broad curriculum as their classmates. Teachers and leaders work together to identify strategies that best meet these pupils’ needs.’ 'Safeguarding is prioritised and leaders are tenacious in securing support for the most vulnerable pupils.’ ‘Staff feel well-supported by leaders.’

  • Willingness to lead a subject
