The Rough Sleeping Coordinator role is a key and well-established role that plays an instrumental role in the City’s ability to deliver high performing and impactive rough sleeping services to those rough sleeping in the City and beyond. &nbsp;This post provides opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a small and high achieving team of rough sleeping specialists, and to influence and deliver the CoL’s Homelessness &amp; Rough Sleeping Strategy.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Rough Sleeping Services Manager to shape and develop several newly commissioned services funded through continued grant funds from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). The successful candidate will be experienced, confident and well organised. The candidate will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), possess an unflappable approach to competing demands and have a proven history in managing complex issues and stakeholder relationships.</p>\n<p>The postholder will consider the cross-government Rough Sleeping Strategy once announced, alongside the CoL Homelessness &amp; Rough Sleeping Strategy as reference points for developing new and improved routes into and through CoL’s commissioned and non-commissioned homelessness services.
