You will lead on marketing and new lettings, assignments, sub-lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and re-gearing of leases, to ensure that the estate income of £2m pa is maximised. You will advise council tenants, officers, members and the public, as required, on the Council’s land and property interests, rights and responsibilities. This will include writing briefing notes reports, emails and legal instructions as required.
