You will have significant experience in planning enforcement and managing complex caseloads with an excellent understanding of planning law and national planning policies. You will have experience of managing staff and dealing with enforcement cases including legal proceedings. Strong IT skills, excellent report writing and communication abilities are a must. You should be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and work well with other teams. Collaborative and personable, you are good at building positive working relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation. Previous employment with a Council would be an advantage.
