The Mawney Foundation school is an inclusive, vibrant and fun place to learn and work, where children and staff are encouraged to grow their character as well as their skills, knowledge and understanding.             </p>\n<p>The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, flexible, confident individual with excellent interpersonal and behaviour management skills to assist and support class teachers in the learning and teaching of pupils, under the overall direction of the Class teacher and Head teacher.
