They will be able to motivate pupils and staff and work with the Headteacher, leadership team and the Governing body, to plan and implement school improvement strategies.</p>\n<p>The Class Teacher will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate at least Good classroom practice</li>\n<li>Work with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Leadership team to lead a subject focussing on whole school improvement</li>\n<li>Have accurate and up to date subject knowledge</li>\n<li>Have excellent behaviour management to compliment the outstanding behaviour we have in school</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Brady Primary School, an exciting, community centred school is looking to appoint  a class teacher to complement their already strong and successful team, as the school continue through their expansion journey.
