- Is an inspirational teacher, who demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and keeps children at the heart of learning and teaching
- Has a passion for teaching and learning in Early Years and Key Stage 1 and demonstrates creative and innovative approaches to our curriculum
- Experience with SEND would be advantageous
- Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration and self-esteem of pupils

- Be committed to our inclusive and caring environment and the achievement of every pupil in our care
- Be committed to closing the gap in attainment for vulnerable pupils
- Have the ability to develop good relationships with children, staff, parents and our local community

- Have lots of energy, enthusiasm and a sense of fun
