About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ealing Council’s Resident Services department for a talented and hardworking Neighbourhood Team Leader. This role involves leading one of our Housing Hubs to deliver a comprehensive housing service. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can improve outcomes for Ealing residents by providing a customer-oriented service in alignment with Council values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other Neighbourhood Team Leaders, council departments, and external agencies.
- Maximise opportunities through enhanced partnership working and co-location of services.
- Support staff in achieving their targets and ensure their training needs are identified and met.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Substantial housing management experience across multiple tenures.
- Experience of managing a small team in a customer service environment.
- Desirable Attributes:
- A passion for leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Confidence in people management, with a track record of motivating and supporting a busy team.
