Firstly, as part of the team responsible for ensuring all statutory compliance tasks are met across operational buildings.</p>\n<p>Secondly, this role has the responsibility for the daily running of the Town Hall, including health and safety, postal duties, catering, waste management and security.</p>\n<p>Lastly, the team are responsible for all repair work within the Civic Buildings and the wider Property Services Portfolio, undertaking minor repairs in house where possible and organising other works for term contractors.</p>\n<p>You will be working on a rotational basis Monday to Friday covering four shifts; 7:30-15:30, 8:00 -16:00; 09:00-17:00; 10:00-18:00; 14:00 – 22:00.
