ASB and Nuisance Investigator
£41,442 - £44,331
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Community Safety & Corporate Resilience team as an ASB and Nuisance Investigator. This role focuses on tackling anti-social behaviour, nuisance issues, and supporting victims within the borough.
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex cases of ASB and nuisance through a range of tools and enforcement powers, working closely with internal teams such as Housing and Community Safety Enforcement, as well as external partners including the Police. Key responsibilities include gathering evidence, preparing case files for legal proceedings, supporting victims and witnesses, and leading multi-agency problem-solving approaches to reduce ASB and nuisance behaviour.
This position requires excellent case management, technical knowledge of ASB-related legislation, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities. The role involves a 36-hour workweek, including out-of-hours night working on a rota basis. A full driving licence and a commitment to safeguarding and equality are essential.
If you are passionate about making a positive impact in our communities and have the skills and experience required, we encourage you to apply.
