The Role:
- Be qualified to teach adults (minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification or a PGCE/PGDE plus a minimum Level 3 subject specialism in Beauty Therapies
- Be an experienced teacher of Beauty Therapies in post 16 education setting.
- Be a flexible and creative tutor
- Have excellent communication and digital skills
- Be an enthusiastic, dedicated practitioner, motivated to make a difference to local communities
- Plan and deliver high quality relevant learning activities
- Provide initial advice, guidance and assessment for learners
- Participate in quality assurance activity and follow all quality processes
- Keep updated, take part in CPD and comply with assessment procedures and requirements
There is a need for flexibility around working locations and working hours, including evenings and weekends.
