Promoting and implementing daily routines through support with school runs right through to night time settling. <br><br><b>About you</b><br><br> <strong>Essential</strong>:<ul>\n<li> Experience of working with young people and or families. </li>\n<li> Ability to think on your feet, and remain calm under pressure. </li>\n<li> Demonstratable skills in resilience and ability to look after yourself and others. </li>\n<li> Ability to work 2 out of 4 weekends a month, evenings and bank holidays. </li>\n<li> Computer competency with the ability to record concise detailed reports </li>\n<li> Full UK driving licence with regular access to a car + business insurance </li>\n</ul><strong>Desirable</strong>:<ul>\n<li> NVQ Level 4 in Residential - You will be required to complete the NVQ Level 4 Apprenticeship in Residential if not already completed - college time is included within your hours. </li>\n<li> A therapeutic way of thinking - although training will be provided on ARC Framework, Non-Violence Resistance and Developing Therapeutic Skills </li>\n</ul>We welcome applications from candidates who currently reside in the UK with established proof of right to work documentation.
