This role includes responding to customer inquiries and complaints about housing income, identifying opportunities for early intervention to prevent arrears and improve service delivery. You will make financial decisions regarding repayment options and agreements, process payments over the phone, and recommend enforcement actions or debt write-offs as per policy. </span></span></p> <p></p> <p><span><span>Operating within set guidelines, you will utilise your judgment to achieve income recovery targets while managing high demand and conflicting priorities.
