We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Communications and Engagement to join our team and lead our efforts in internal and external communications, corporate branding, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with our mission and values.
• Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.
• Lead the development and execution of corporate branding initiatives to enhance our reputation and visibility.
• Manage a talented team of communications professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure effective communication of organizational goals and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, partners, and the media.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a senior communications role, with a focus on both internal and external communications.
• Strong background in corporate branding and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex communication challenges.
