Bracknell Forest Council is looking for a dynamic Deputy Finance Business Partner to join our Resources Directorate.

The Accountancy Team is a friendly, supportive and busy team with an excellent reputation for delivery. Finance Business Partners play a crucial role in developing and enhancing that reputation due to the strategic role they perform. You will be working collaboratively within a team of experienced professionals to provide high quality financial advice and support to Directorate Management Teams, other Budget Managers and Members.
You will support financial decision-making across Education, Children's Social Care, and Early Help services. Leading on the local funding formula for schools, you will provide technical expertise in managing the Dedicated Schools Grant. Your salary will depend on your qualifications, with part-qualified CCAB or CIMA and relevant experience being a minimum requirement. Candidates who currently hold CIMA Level 1, or equivalent, will receive study support to progress to Level 2.
