We are incredibly proud of the team here at RGTS, department is made up of a committed, passionate, and loyal group of educators who are not only dedicated to their craft but also to ensuring the best outcomes for all of our students.
Every member of our team shares a common goal; to inspire a love for literature and to foster a deep appreciation for the ideas, themes, and concepts that shape the world around us.
We hold high expectations for all of our students, pushing them to challenge themselves and achieve their full potential. We believe that a love of literature can be a powerful tool for unlocking creativity, empathy, and critical thinking, and we are committed to helping every student find their voice through the written word.
In our classrooms, we strive to create an environment where students feel inspired and confident. Our teachers are not just instructors; they are mentors who bring enthusiasm, energy, and expertise to every lesson. We believe that when students feel supported and motivated, they will go above and beyond to meet the high standards we set for them. Our vision is to ensure that every student leaves our department not only with a solid academic foundation but with a lifelong love of literature and the critical thinking skills to navigate the world beyond the classroom.
