What You’ll Be Doing
The Housing Project Delivery Manager plays a vital role in shaping housing services and driving change within the council. You will oversee a range of projects aimed at improving housing services, ensuring they meet the needs of our residents. By collaborating with key stakeholders, including residents, senior management, and external partners, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a strategic role, where your contributions will directly impact the future direction of housing services and the well-being of the Camden community.
You will lead projects across various housing services, including, temporary accomodation, homelessness and neighbourhoods. Using data, feedback, and insights, you will work across departments to continually improve and design services that provde the best experience for residents.. As a champion for change, you will apply project management methodologies to refine business processes and help embed new initiatives into daily operations. Your efforts will support the council’s mission to deliver high-quality, resident-centred services.
