You will be a key member of the team, managing projects that will deliver improving and transforming the ways of working for the organisation, and meet critical corporate priorities as a responsive council with well-run services. You will also act as a Business Partner supporting directorates in homes and care, families, children and wellbeing services of the council to transform, improve and modernise with the ability to adapt to changing priorities working in a dynamic environment.   </p>\n\n<p>As the successful candidate you will have demonstrable experience of developing and leading project teams, successfully advising and negotiating with senior management, planning and managing projects with the ability to analyse complex data and extract meaningful insights in a change management environment to achieve agreed outcomes.
