We’re transforming our culture and the way we deliver our services and we're looking for a dedicated Responsive Repairs Team Leader to make a positive impact on our residents.  One key aspect of our transformation is bringing our repairs service back in house and this brand new role is pivotal in supporting the service as it continues to undergo significant change.

The Responsive Repairs Team Leader will oversee and manage the team of operatives responsible for our day-to-day responsive repairs. Ensuring repair needs are addressed promptly and effectively, whilst maintaining good quality and safe homes which meet or exceed regulatory and legislative requirements.

We seek team members with strong relationship-building skills, a collaborative approach, initiative and excellent communication skills to enhance overall customer experience.
