We are a one and a half form entry, multi-cultural, school and the children’s cultures are celebrated regularly. Some of our children even become Young Interpreters supporting each other in school.

Children come to our school with a wide range of ability and our provision for SEND and more able children is good. We pride ourselves on our inclusive practice and we have a team of support staff who deliver specialised programmes to support access to learning.

New Road Primary School is a Good school (Ofsted 2023).  We are a forward looking school who offer CPD opportunities and the development of our staff is essential to our development.
