As a Night Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents during the night, managing the service independently, ensuring their safety and well-being, and helping them develop independence, manage their mental health, and work towards reintegrating into the community. This includes hosting engaging activities such as film and game nights to promote social interaction and well-being while confidently lone working and managing a service independently. </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Pattern: </strong>37.5 hours per week, 24/7 on rota from 20:00 to 08:30.
