Are you a Senior Registration Officer or Manager who would welcome the opportunity to drive Registration Services forward in Harrow, and/or take the next step in your career? If so, we would welcome your application as we seek the permanent appointment of a Registration Services Manager/Superintendent Registrar, to fill this key role in our organisation.
The London Borough of Harrow is looking for an individual, who would develop our existing Registration Services and drive a transformation programme with an increased focus on commercialisation, whilst maintaining our high standards of support to our residents.
About YouYou will be responsible for leading and driving standards in the delivery of the service. You will also focus on developing procedures and practices to advertise the role of the Service and raise its profile, to maximise the income generated. You will have comprehensive knowledge of registration law and practice and you will have experience of leading and motivating staff.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service and bring energy, initiative, innovation and a structured approach to your work.
With the full support of the Head of Service you will be encouraged and supported to develop your role and take further training. Opportunities to represent the service at regional meetings, working groups, and conferences will allow for wide collaboration and innovation, enabling you to make a significant contribution.
