We're looking for a Scheme Manager to join our friendly and supportive team. You'll play a key role in making sure our leasehold retirement scheme is a safe, welcoming, and well-managed place for residents. From helping new residents settle in, to making sure health and safety checks are up to date, you'll be at the heart of everything that happens on-site.
At this scheme there are 36 flats and houses which are leased by our residents. You'll work 20 hours per week.
Your role covers all aspect of housing management - you'll support new residents to feel confident and comfortable in their new surroundings. You'll promote safety, health, and wellbeing of all residents with regular checks and by responding to concerns. You'll also need to be able to handle complaints with care and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.

To be success in this role, you're
- A people-person with excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Experienced working in housing or leasehold management.
- Knowledgeable of housing scheme management and budgeting.
- Someone who can stay calm under pressure, organised, and flexible when needed.
- A good understanding of health and safety, and the needs of older people.
- IT-savvy with good admin skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a bonus!).
