The role
As a Housing Lettings Officer, you will manage the end-to-end letting process from tenancy termination through to property allocation. You'll be responsible for property viewings, offer management, and tenancy verification, ensuring each stage is completed efficiently in line with council policy and performance targets. Maintaining accurate records on Camden’s IT housing systems will be key, along with providing clear housing advice to residents. Working with internal teams and external partners, you will help minimise void turnaround times and ensure residents receive a smooth and supportive service.
