About Camden
Camden is changing on the inside to make life better for everyone. Our residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today and we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is an exciting opportunity to provide a comprehensive accommodation-based support service to adults and young people residing in Camden’s singles hostels. You will play a key role in helping individuals develop the necessary skills and abilities to move through the pathway and secure independent, settled accommodation. Working closely with service users, you will assist them in enhancing their personal, social, and financial well-being, while improving their overall health, employability, and social integration. Through regular assessments and casework, you will ensure that each individual receives tailored support from a range of services.
In addition to supporting service users, you will manage risk assessments, including safeguarding concerns, and ensure all actions are in line with service policies and commissioning requirements. Collaboration with external partners and stakeholders will be central to your role, as you liaise with professionals to support individuals in their journey to independent living, including promoting housing options.
