The role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver key projects that drive strategic organisational objectives and operational service improvements.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of Southern Housing's diverse portfolio of offices and depots.
From integrating estate offices and depots into our Facilities Management portfolio to implementing asset tracking programmes and managing office improvement initiatives, your work will directly contribute to the success of our Facilities team. You will also take the lead on health and safety collaborations, fire evacuation policy rollouts, and project-managing office relocations.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes, enhance safety, and deliver operational excellence while working on a variety of impactful projects. If you're a driven individual who thrives on making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a 12 month FTC/secondment Opportunity
What you'll need
- Knowledge of building construction, building regulations and services (mechanical and electrical systems) and relevant legislation and standards.
- A progressive, dynamic and flexible approach to delivery of FM projects
- Experience in delivering property related and operational projects
- Able to review, write and interpret RAMS
- Experience of working and engaging with internal and external Stakeholders and driving projects forward
- Multi-tasking and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
