You’ll also develop and maintain policies such as the Repairs Policy and Service Standards, consulting with stakeholders and ensuring delivery through to the approvals process.  </p>\n<p>You’ll proactively manage specialist areas such as disrepair and dampness, managing budgets and work programmes in order to resolve customer dissatisfaction and reduce stigma. </p>\n<p>You will also uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, demonstrating a commitment to improving standards and ensuring the safety and quality of our social housing in compliance with this critical legislation. </p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong>  </p>\n<p>You’ll have a degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience, accompanied by a relevant technical qualification such as RICS, MCIOB, or CIOH.
