Roles involve a mix of day, evening shifts including some weekends and bank holidays, on a rota basis. You must be able to work at the weekend on a rota basis.
We also have Waking Night shifts, which can include weekends and bank holidays, also on a rota basis.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will:
- Provide trauma-informed, person-centred support.
- Promote safety, wellbeing, and independence for young residents.
- Conduct welfare checks and develop tailored support plans.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and manage challenging behaviours.
- Foster engagement and build trusting relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- Experienced in working with teenagers aged 16-17 or have personal experience with the issues they face.
- Skilled in managing challenging behaviour.
- Knowledgeable or experienced in safeguarding and trauma-informed principles.
