Repairs Advisor

Full Time - 35 Hours per week

We are looking for a Repairs Advisor to help to deliver a fast, efficient, value for money repair service that achieves consistently high levels of resident satisfaction. To also provide caring, professional and timely responses to all repair related contacts from a variety of sources.

The postholder will be responsible for:

• Working as a team to ensure that all properties are safe, warm, dry and comply with requirements.
• Acting as first and main contact for repair requests received via telephone, email, letter, online etc
•  Investigating and diagnosing repair matters such as condensation and unidentified leaks
•  Carrying out repair surveys, analysing results and recommending improvements
• Managing, organising, and updating relevant data 
• Dealing with, and responding to, all responsive repair related correspondence and complaints
• Keeping up to date with developments in legislation and best practice
