The successful candidate will have experience of working in schools with pupils that need support to engage in learning and have proven leadership abilities.</p>\n<h2>About the role</h2><p>The Alternative Provision Manager will work closely with a Deputy Head and the school’s SENDCo to deliver bespoke interventions and alternative provisions for those pupils who may need extra support. They will manage a team of Learning Mentors to deliver in-house interventions whilst working with outside providers to deliver off site interventions to support.</p>\n\n<p>The alternative provision manager will work at a whole school level in order to advise on intervention and behaviour strategy and to empower others with their knowledge.
