You will join a strong and supportive team of staff within an Academy that is committed to providing a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment for our pupils and staff.  Whybridge Junior School is part of Hornchurch Academy Trust which offers excellent opportunities for training, support, career development and sharing best practice amongst its six schools.</p>\n<p>As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be prepared to work in a challenging but enjoyable work environment and will be joining a supportive team committed to inclusion. </p>\n<p>As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the learning of an individual pupil with SEMH needs within the classroom environment.
