Do you want to be part of a dynamic team providing support to Adult Social Care Teams and Senior Management? Being a part of the Policy, Performance and Customer Care Team could be for you.
This is a Temporary, fixed term post until 30th November 2025
To assist the Principal Manager in providing specialist advice, expertise, service planning and service improvement related initiatives throughout adult social care and its partnerships. Supervise, support and advise the Policy, Performance and Customer Care team, and contribute to the management, delivery and operation of a range of measurably high quality, cost effective services

Your Contributions:
You should have knowledge and experience in policy, performance and customer care.You should have a working knowledge of current developments in the health and social care landscape.
Preparing and presenting reports to a variety of audinces is a key function of this role. You will need the ability to work to tight deadlines and priortise yours and others workload effectively. You will also have experience of managing staff within this role.
You will be self-motivated, with excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to translate complex information into workable procedures, as well as being able to manage multiple projects and develop sound working relationships.
