The role – Activities Co-ordinator
As an Activities Co-ordinator you will work as part of our Retirement Housing Team to increase and encourage social inclusion across our retirement schemes by building a rapport with customers to discover their interests, then organise activities tailored to the needs of individuals and groups to support participation and promote social interaction.

- Use your initiative to promote new things and review their success
- Build a rapport with customers to establish the things they are interested in and develop a whole range of activities for them to engage in
- Use your initiative to bring people together and create opportunities to develop a full range of activities to reduce social isolation for those living in our schemes and the wider community
What you’ll need
We’re looking for someone who has:
