We're seeking a proactive and innovative Senior Data Project Lead to join our ambitious team. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping Peabody's asset optimisation strategy, using best practices and creative approaches to deliver impactful improvements and engage stakeholders effectively.
In this role, you'll oversee a programme of work focused on gathering, analysing, and improving data for specific assets or asset classes. Your insights will directly influence key asset management strategies, ensuring that senior leaders are equipped with accurate information about data quality, risks, and potential opportunities.
You'll lead on high-profile transactions, offering expert data analysis to support negotiations and oversee transitions. Success in this role will require forging strong relationships across the organisation, enabling collaboration and driving the acquisition of high-quality data. As the strategy evolves, you'll also explore emerging tools and technologies to enhance processes and help grow the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead data compilation and analysis to support asset management strategies.
- Matrix manages a team to develop data stores for key property information, sourcing from internal systems, external suppliers, and public data.
- Identify and address data weaknesses, proposing and implementing mitigating actions.
- Horizon scan for new tools and technologies to optimise data collection and analysis.
- Influence key transactions, ensuring data integrity and smooth progression.
- Report regularly to the Executive Project Board on progress, risks, and issues.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to work with large data sets, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Knowledge of real estate or housing sales processes.
- Interest in legal due diligence.
- Qualifications in data analytics or project management are highly desirable.
