It also acts as the corporate parent for the city’s Looked After Children. Going forward, the service and its Business Support function will embrace change, focus on exceptional customer care, and respond flexibly and effectively to Social Work transformational developments.</p><p><strong>Your New Role:</strong></p><p>You will provide high-quality administrative support within the Service Quality Team. Your duties will include booking appointments, dealing with all correspondence, maintaining files and documentation, and printing reports. You will also place orders for goods and services, administer training courses, events and conferences, and administer the collection and presentation of service performance information. You will monitor and administer PDR and supervision schedules, annual leave, TOIL and sickness information and other administrative staff support activities. You will carry out all necessary word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation duties. You have a customer focus, a determination to support service managers and practitioners, and good awareness of Data Protection and Safeguarding. You can resource and collate information, prioritise your workload, and respond to enquiries from parents/carers.
