Are you passionate about keeping projects on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly? Luton Rising is looking for a dedicated professional to lead the way in Project Time Management. In this key role, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring our capital projects are completed on time, every time.
You'll be responsible for creating detailed project schedules, identifying potential bumps in the road early, and recommending practical solutions to keep everything moving forward. Working closely with project managers and senior leaders, you'll ensure all projects align with our governance frameworks and strategic goals, while managing dependencies across multiple projects.

About you
Key Skills and Experience You'll Bring:
- In-depth experience in Plan Schedule Management- establishing policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, and controlling project schedules.
- Proven experience inrisk management, change management,andstakeholder engagement.
- Ability todevelop clear project plans, contribute to business cases,and manage project documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identifypatterns, trends,andinconsistenciesin data to produce meaningful reports and insights.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, maintaining positive partnerships with colleagues, key partners, and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Project Management qualifications(PMQ, PPQ, or equivalent) or comparable experience.
