Therefore, we’re looking for change makers, visionaries, and inspiring people who share our aspiration to deliver a first-class HR & OD service.</p>\n<p>If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p><strong>The Post</strong></p>\n<p>As a Senior Learning and Development Officer at Brent, you will work with the HR & OD Team to support the achievement of organisational business goals.</p>\n<p>You will be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering projects and programmes of work as agreed by Organisational Development Manager to meet agreed service learning and/or development initiatives including the design of learning approaches; governance, methodology; procedures; implementation, monitoring and reporting</p>\n<p>You will work with the wider team in delivering organisational development and change management interventions and initiatives that support the delivery of the Council’s people strategy, with a strong focus on leadership development.</p>\n<p>We encourage flexible working, meaning you will have the option to work two days a week from home.</p>\n<p><strong>The Person</strong></p>\n<p>You will be a Learning and Development professional who is a professional member of the CIPD qualified to level 5 or equivalent/ working towards completion or have demonstrable applicable experience.</p>\n<p>To be successful in this role you will have a Learning and Development background, a working knowledge of the learning cycle gained through first-hand experience of one or more elements – learning needs analysis; commissioning and planning learning programmes; design; delivery, evaluation and/or supporting learning in the work environment.</p>\n<p><strong>About Us</strong></p>\n<p>Brent is brimming with ambition and opportunity, and we celebrate our status as one of the most diverse boroughs in the UK.
